Car seat manufacturing at the plant was established in partnership with the South Korean company Youngsan.

Project Implementation:

• Phase I (2025): polyurethane foam manufacturing, frame assembly, upholstery of plastic elements, electrical functionality testing.
• Phase II (2026): sewing car seat covers. Seat assemblies from AAP are supplied for the Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe models produced at the HTK plant. In the future, the plant plans to supply seats to the multi-brand Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan plant as well.

2027 Plans: In partnership with Youngsan, launching new production workshops for muffler welding and manufacturing fuel and brake lines is planned to further expand the range of localized automotive components.
